Installing LegalBook on your phone
LegalBook works in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen, where it opens full screen like an app.

LegalBook works in the browser on your phone. There is nothing to download from an app store. You can add it to your home screen, and it then opens full screen, like an app.
This is how most attorneys use LegalBook between hearings and calls. On a phone, the Attorney workspace shows a tab bar at the bottom with Home, Decisions, Matters, Calendar and More, so the places you go most are under your thumb.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open app.legalbook.work in Safari and sign in.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android (Chrome)
- Open app.legalbook.work in Chrome and sign in.
- Open the menu (three dots).
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen, then confirm.
One icon for every role
The home-screen icon opens LegalBook's start page, which sends you to your own workspace: an attorney lands on the attorney home, a receptionist on reception, a client on the client portal. If you have several roles, switch workspaces from the account menu once you are in.
Nothing is stored for offline use
LegalBook deliberately does not keep a copy of client data on the device for offline use. You need a connection to use it. A lost phone holds no firm data, and you can sign it out from another device. See Signing in and two-step verification.
Signing in on a phone
Sign-in works the same way as on a computer, including your second step. A passkey on the phone itself is the quickest second step.
