§ 2Pricing

What pricing is based on.

A monthly platform and operations fee plus usage, quoted for your firm after a walkthrough. Usage is measured in the product’s own usage ledger, which the firm owner can see.

  • Call minutes and messages
  • Active matters and document volume
  • Seats for your own staff
  • After-hours and language coverage

No share of your fees

LegalBook does not take a percentage of your legal fees. It charges for the platform and the operations work, never for the outcome of a matter.

§ 3Questions

Questions firms ask.

Do I need to change my phone number?
No. The default is that your current carrier forwards calls to LegalBook, and callers keep dialling the number they know. Porting is optional. Live phone service is in early access until the carrier connection is certified.
Do I have to replace Clio or my practice-management system?
No. Your practice-management system stays where the official matter lives, and LegalBook links to it. The Clio Manage connection is built and is not available yet: it waits for certification with Clio.
Who supervises the legal work?
Your attorneys. LegalBook is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. Conflict decisions, intake acceptance, deadline verification, filing approval and closing a matter are attorney actions in the product, and the work your staff may do is set by your firm’s delegation rules.
Can we start with one package?
Yes. All three packages run on the same platform and the same records, so a firm can start with Front Office and add Case Operations later without moving anything.
