Client portal
Clients see their tasks, uploads, messages, appointments and milestones in plain language, in English or Spanish. They never see internal notes, QA data, AI drafts or privileged material.
§ 1Client portal
What a client sees
A client signs in to a home page that shows what they need to do next: tasks to complete, documents to upload, messages, upcoming appointments and the milestones of their matter, written in client-safe language. The portal’s wording is available in English and Spanish.
- Home with the next thing to do
- Tasks with reminders and help
- Uploads into the right request slot
- Secure messages linked to the matter
- Appointments and milestones
§ 2Client portal
Representatives and household members
A client can have authorized representatives and household members, each with access scoped to the people and matters they cover. Access is revocable at any time, and nobody ever shares a password.
§ 3Client portal
What a client never sees
Internal notes, QA data, AI drafts, other participants’ private data and privileged material stay out of the portal. Internal milestones stay hidden unless the firm has given them a client-safe label.
§ 4Client portal
The staff side
Staff invite clients, resend or revoke invitations, suspend access, assign client tasks and preview the portal exactly as the client sees it. Client messages arrive as threads with an acknowledgement service level, so a message is answered on time rather than whenever someone notices it.
Online payment of invoices is not available yet.
§ 5Status
What is in the product today.
Each capability on this page, with its status. Not available yet means exactly that: it is not offered today.
- In product
Clients see their tasks, uploads, messages, appointments and milestones in plain language, and nothing internal.
