Branding and logos

The firm logo and one logo per brand, how they are stored privately, and previewing and removing them.

A firm's identity is on every screen a worker sees, so nobody greets a caller with the wrong name. A firm that answers the phone under more than one name has a brand for each name, with its own colour and logo.

  1. Open Configuration and stay on Firm profile.
  2. Under Firm logo, choose an image (PNG, JPEG or WebP).
  3. Check the preview and save.

Add a brand

  1. Open the Brands tab.
  2. Add a brand with its Brand name, Colour and Brand logo.

Assign each phone number to a brand, so reception sees the right brand on every call.

How logos are stored

  • LegalBook converts each logo to a standard PNG and stores it in the firm's own private storage, not in the account service.
  • A logo is only served to people allowed to see the firm.
  • Uploading and removing a logo is recorded in the audit log.

Remove the logo from the same field. The firm's name and colour are shown in its place.
