AI assistance

AI suggestions are not available yet: the AI provider is not configured. This page describes what they will do and the limits that are already built around them.

§ 1AI assistance

What it would do

The AI layer is designed to help with the routine reading and writing around a matter: call and thread summaries, document classification, candidate facts extracted from documents, inconsistencies between facts, drafts from templates your firm has approved, and help with translation.

  • Call and thread summaries
  • Document and correspondence classification
  • Fact candidates from documents
  • Inconsistency detection across verified facts
  • Drafts from approved templates
  • Translation help

§ 2AI assistance

The limits

Every output is a suggestion. A person accepts it, edits it or rejects it, and the AI never changes another record by itself. It refuses requests for legal advice, eligibility decisions, conflict waivers and dismissing a deadline. Input is redacted before it is sent, and each feature is switched on by the firm, not by default.

  • A person accepts, edits or rejects every suggestion
  • Refuses legal advice, eligibility decisions, conflict waivers and deadline dismissal
  • Input redacted before it leaves
  • Each feature switched on by the firm

§ 3Status

What is in the product today.

Each capability on this page, with its status. Not available yet means exactly that: it is not offered today.

  • AI suggestions reviewed by a person

Summaries, classifications, fact candidates and drafts as suggestions that a person accepts, edits or rejects.

  • Call transcription

Transcripts of recorded calls, where the firm’s recording policy allows recording.
